In this session we will share the results of a recent worldwide survey of prescribing therapists which looked at the potential enabling factors and barriers to prescribing power standing wheelchairs. What are the perceived difficulties reported by therapists when prescribing powered standing wheelchairs and what is the impact these have on best practice? We will discuss the results of this survey and the insights which you may be able to apply to your own practice when prescribing power standing wheelchairs.
