Adam has a strong background in health, technology, and assistive technology. He holds a Master of Public Health, specialising in Health Economics and Ageing, and previously worked with Cochlear, developing referral pathways for the cochlear implantation in China._x000D_

In 2016, Adam co-founded Umps Personal Alarms after witnessing his grandfather face challenges with traditional personal alarm technology. Umps takes a research-driven approach to redesigning the personal alarm experience for older adults and people with disabilities, collaborating closely with allied health professionals to enhance the adoption and usability of assistive technology.
